毛詩正義：國風齊風之盧令（電子版）

《盧令》，刺荒也。襄公好田獵畢弋而不修民事，百姓苦之，故陳古以風焉。
疏「《盧令》三章，章二句」至「風焉」。正義曰：
作《盧令》詩者，刺荒也。所以刺之者，以襄公性好田獵，用畢以掩兔，用弋以射雁。好此遊田逐禽，而不修治民之事，國內百姓皆患苦之，故作是詩，陳古者田獵之事，以風刺襄公焉。經三章，皆言有德之君，順時田獵，與百姓共樂之事。
畢，噣也。弋，繳射也。
箋「畢，噣。弋，繳射」。正義曰：
《釋天》云：「噣謂之畢。」李巡曰：「噣，陰氣獨起，陽氣必止，故曰畢。畢，止也。」孫炎曰：「掩兔之畢，或謂之噣，因名星云。」郭璞曰：「掩兔之畢，或呼為噣，因星形以名之。」《月令》注云：「網小而柄長謂之畢。」然則此器形似畢星，孫謂以網名畢，郭謂以畢名網。郭說是也。出繩係矢而射鳥，謂之繳射也。
令音零。下同。好，呼報反。風，福鳳反。噣，直角反，本亦作「濁」。畢，星名，何音犢。繳音灼。
盧令令，
盧，田犬。令令，纓環聲。言人君能有美德，盡其仁愛，百姓欣而奉之，愛而樂之。順時遊田，與百姓共其樂，同其獲，故百姓聞而說之，其樂令令然。
纓，於盈反，又於政反。樂音洛，下同。說音悅。
其人美且仁。
疏「盧令」至「且仁」。正義曰：
言古者有德之君，順時田獵，與百姓共樂同獲，百姓聞而悅之。言吾君之盧犬，其環鈴鈴然為聲。又美其君，言吾君其為人也，美好且有仁恩。言古者賢君田獵，百姓愛之，刺今君田獵，則百姓苦之。
盧重環，
重環，子母環也。
重，直龍反，下同。
其人美且鬈。
鬈，好貌。
箋云：
鬈讀當為權。權，勇壯也。
疏箋「鬈讀」至「勇壯」。正義曰：
箋以諸言且者，皆辭兼二事，若鬈是好貌，則與美是一也。「且仁」、「且偲」，既美而復有仁才，則「且鬈」不得為好貌，故易之。《巧言》云：「無拳無勇。」其文相連，是鬈為勇壯也。以君能盡其仁愛，與百姓同樂，故美其「且仁」。以君身有勇壯，能捕取猛獸，故美其 「且鬈」。以君善於射禦，多有才能，故美其「且偲」。皆是獵時之事，故曆言之。《大叔於田敘》云：「叔多才而好勇」，亦謂獵時有才勇也。
鬈音權，《說文》云：「發好貌。」
盧重鋂，
鋂，一環貫二也。
疏傳「鋂，一環貫二」。正義曰：
上言重環，謂「環相重」，故知謂「子母環」，謂大環貫一小環也。「重鋂」與「重環」別，則與子母之環文當異，故知「一環貫二」，謂一大環貫二小環也。《說文》亦云：「鋂，環也，一環貫二。」
鋂音梅。
其人美且偲。
偲，才也。
箋云：
才，多才也。
偲，七才反，《說文》云：「強也。」
