䖆菹法
菹菜也一曰菹不切曰䖆菹用乾蔓菁正月中作以熱湯浸菜令柔軟解瓣擇治淨洗沸湯燥卽出於水中淨洗便復作鹽水漸度出著箔上經宿菜色生好粉黍米粥清亦用絹篩麥䴷末澆菹布菜如前法然後粥清不用大熱其汁纔令相淹不用過多泥頭七日便熟菹甕以穰茹之如釀酒法
