餅炙
用生魚白魚最好鮓鯉不中用下魚片離脊朋仰栩几上手按大頭以銳刀向尾割取肉至皮卽止淨洗曰中熟舂之勿令蒜氣與薑椒橘皮鹽豉和以竹木作員範格四寸面油塗絹籍之從格上下以裝之按令均平手捉絹倒餅膏油中煎之出鐺及熱置桴上盈子底按之令勿拗將奠離仰之若盈子奠仰與盈子相應又云用白肉生魚等分細研熬和如上手團作餅膏油煎如作鷄子餅十字解奠之還令相就如全奠小者二寸半奠二蔥萌二斤生物不得用用則班可僧眾物若是先停此若無亦可用此物助諸物
