啖麥稼令人力健行
飲眞荼令人少眠
人常食小豆令人肥肌麤燥
食鷰麥令人骨節斷解
人食鷰肉不可入水為龍所吞
人食冬葵為狗所齧滄不差或致死
馬食穀則足重不能行
雁食粟則翼重不能飛
